The Soulful Sprouts, in collaboration with Ask Rahat, is bringing parents together for an informal afternoon of conversation, shared experiences and fresh perspectives on parenting.

- Complimentary. There is no participation fee.

- Everyone pays the café directly for whatever they choose to order. Food and beverages are not included.
- Format
- An informal, psychologist-facilitated community conversation, not a formal workshop or therapy session.

- Limited, depending on the café's seating capacity. We will contact you with the final venue and attendance details.
