Products, orders and delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery costs AED 20 below AED 200 and is free for orders of AED 200 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–4 working days. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for custom-made products; statutory rights for faulty or incorrect goods are unaffected. Orders can be cancelled by contacting thesoulfulsprouts@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 56 629 8761. Read the full policy. You can send order enquiries from your cart through WhatsApp. Online card checkout is not available yet.
