Delivery, returns & cancellations
Delivery across the UAE
Estimated delivery is 3–4 working days. Delivery costs AED 20 for orders below AED 200 and is free for orders of AED 200 or more.
Custom-made products
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details to request cancellation and confirm its status.
Ordering & support
You can prepare your order in the cart and send an order enquiry through WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed or paid order; we will confirm availability and payment details with you. Online card checkout is not available yet.
